The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. As with any online shopping experience, there is a chance of having problems with the shipping process. Cloudy Sage understands this and will do everything possible to remedy the problem. Including up to a full refund.

Returns / exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your purchase. If your order is more than 30 days old we will no longer process your returns.

Please ship the items to support@cloudysage.com and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number for the shipment. Once the items have been received we will process a full refund within 3 business days.
If you need to cancel or change an order, please email support@cloudysage.comas soon as possible.
We generally process orders within 1 day, so depending on its stage we may be able to cancel/change it.
Once the order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be changed and you cannot be refunded. You must wait till the product arrives and return it to us in order to process the refund.
